Shipping Information

1. Shipping Options & Rates

We offer standard shipping options across India. Please note that shipping charges are applied separately at checkout based on the delivery destination.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

3. Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within India. We are working on expanding our reach and hope to offer international shipping in the near future.

5. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer a return or refund policy. However, we do offer exchanges within 7 days of receiving your item if you are not completely satisfied. To process an exchange, the customer is responsible for safely shipping the item back to our facility. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.
